Pros

Salary is decent and the majority of employees receive a yearly bonus based on performance

Cons

Poor management, and leadership. Chief of Staff has no HR knowledge. Lack of training. Lack of advancement opportunities, lack of structure in their performance management initiatives. Leadership is overpaid and overrated, too much expenditure at corporate level.

Maybe the overall size of the company?

Cons

The company, and its subsidiaries, can be best described in one word: political. There is little to no communication between each other; and when there is, it is full of unnecessary heated debates that add very little value to the overall mission of the company - which is, frankly enough, all about "lean" and "adding value". In addition, upper management conducts training sessions that are non-value add and taken from KSS and TPS textbooks.
