-Lack of training or support -Sink or swim environment -High turnover -Underpaid (laughable really) -Overworked -Uninspired work -Given the grunt work for a client no other agencies want to touch -Favoritism is rampant -Some obvious “Karen” personalities -Future growth of the company not looking too hot -Like another poster said, any 5 star reviews are incentivized by the company -Just not worth the stress, pay or time

This place seems like a cult. Each town hall is very strangely positive, it seems like a pep rally. It is very very fake. The reality is that this agency doesn’t care about people, growth, work load, fostering talent, retaining talent, and more. They don’t care if your equipment is old or broken. We had older and worse equipment than our clients. The way accounts are shaped and run cause extreme burnout and negativity across the accounts. This agency is doomed. They are over-forecasting revenue and not winning new business. They also underpay. This agency’s environment of stress and overwork gave me health problems. Also, be warned that the other ratings for FKA were incentivized by the agency. Employees got gift cards to submit reviews, follow on social media, etc. What you see is not what you get with FKA.

Fake enthusiasm encouraged by leadership. Terrible transition as agencies and departments were merged. Lack of clarity around roles and responsibilities.
