Cons
Totally not the environment by which you should have an opinion or insights of your own. While most companies have learned to embrace insights and suggestions from their staff, you will be barked at, looked down upon. So many people, doing so little as a consequence of creating a working environment that would rather hire mindless task performing drones, than individuals that can contribute and flourish. Every manager, and even some ‘one really big’ executive turns every discussion into a power struggle, or threat of their authority. Trust me, I don’t want your job. So many people have been there to long. While this could have been a positive attribute, it comes across of more ‘loss of passion’ or ‘safe place’. Locking up possible growth, and keeping the same-old, same-old task masters in place
