      Pros

      Interesting projects to learn from, good colleagues to work with. reputable firm with many awards. Can be a good learning place if you want to learn but be prepared to be grilled...

      Cons

      no career progression, no bonus. Favouritism. Mentors are condescending especially the architect partner of the firm. Some management with no experience to manage. Pushes mistakes and laying blame when is not even our fault. ... when one makes a mistake, insults and scolding follows.... Use of profanities in workplaces is totally unprofessional.

      - Experienced in landed dwelling design. - Design-oriented studio, keen to participate design competition to explore different project typology. - Good autonomy, more freedom to manage project by your own. - Friendly bosses and helpful colleagues. - Good working environment without much politics. - Steep learning curve, especially for graduate designer.

      Cons

      - Lack of experience in handling larger scale project and project management capability for development projects to be improved. - Unclear office standard for drawing production, work procedure, authority submission and document filing. Varies from project to project with no standard reference.
