Commutes are a waste of time and money, and morale has taken a hit. Leadership talks about flexibility but doesn’t actually practice it. It feels disconnected from reality.

Larger team dynamics where managers not in IT Audit cause a lot of unnecessary problems that negatively impact productivity and moral.
