Pros
Work is interesting; coworkers are supportive; attorneys are smart and good to work with.
Cons
Company is unusually frugal, providing only the bare basics as far as equipment and technology. Lots of frustration with break downs and outages. Software was extremely antiquated when I started there (over 10 yrs old) and equipment was very old too. I worked a full time job on a part time schedule, with no benefits, and never had a performance revue during my tenure, much less a raise. Working at this firm could be very stressful and it was I mpossible to keep up with the work demands. To me it felt like working in a legal sweat shop. Very frequent turnover of support staff. No exit interview. (No job offer letter at hiring either.)
