      Pros

      On paper, their benefits look good. Its a carrot.

      Cons

      Corporate culture of deceit. When caught at it, they stop taking your calls and avoid you. Their project management skills poor. They have a habit of hanging employees "out to dry" when a project goes south. They expect unpaid overtime.
