The staff is very supportive and welcoming of questions when you need help.

Cons

As with any job that is publicly funded, be ready for changes at work if funding levels decrease.

Pros

Management was great and so was the rest of the team. Coworkers were very helpful and always came to work with a positive attitude. The job was easy and you don't have to worry too much about working directly with the patrons.

Cons

As a Collection Support Aide, there wasn't much room for growth unless you had a degree. And even then, its competitive. The job was easy but could be physically demanding. Shelving could start to feel repetitive and at times, there wasn't a lot of work to do.
