      FCP is a platform for professionals (led by bankers, but including non-banking partners) that want more control of their own careers and involvement with their clients' transactions. Diversity of partners means deal teams have depth and senior attention. Quite favorable economics for partners that perform. Collaborative culture where partners team up.
