Pros

Some nice members. Back of house/kitchen staff skilled and nice.

Cons

Management provides no leadership, gossips, holds grudges, and generally conducts business like it is junior high. Staff turnover is therefore astronomically high and fast. This is not the place if you are over age 21 and expect fair communication, clarity around pay, or adult behaviour. Tipping is included in "service fee" but no one on property can explain how that is calculated, and no amount of hard work or lack thereof will impact what anyone sees in take home pay. Nearly any kind of behaviour is tolerated from male club members. I witnessed the GM stand and do nothing while an extremely intoxicated member yelled at dinner about women in terms that would be questionable in a sports bar, never mind a private club in which children and the elderly were present.

Pros

Good pay and reliable hours

Cons

They really don't know what their doing on the managment side of things. They changed the requirements for the role I held and then said I no longer was a good fit for the company. I took the hit for them not knowing what they were doing. The controller is an amazing person to work with.
