Pros

The staff tend to keep each other together, not management.

Cons

FHC has nothing to offer. Under market pay, almost unaffordable insurance, insignificant pay increases (4 years later and less than $1), no effort on appreciation days, managers treat staff like they are a problem regardless of how well they perform, lies are normal ...etc Doctoral staff are threatened/disrespected with few remaining...check it out. One clinic had 2 managers (Jamie Bracken and Angie Heald) treat everyone with such disrespect that they are not allowed back (but allowed at other clinics??)

Pros

Local healthcare provider with admirable mission and vision. Close to home for professionals that live in Jefferson County. Comparable wages to outlying communities.

Cons

EMR implementation has had difficulty. Staff turnover has over burdened other staff members. Inadequate amount of time allowed to train new hires leaves them feeling overwhelmed.
