Pros
Steady work, friendly for the most part and paid training. The kids are awesome.
Cons
At the school age youth center, the hours suck, hard to move up the ladder.

Pros
Hours are extremely flexible. Coworkers are friendly. A variety of different tasks are available to perform so the job doesn't seem repetitive. Assisting active duty military enjoy their down time is a rewarding experience.
Cons
Supervision does not focus on the product. It is a job in a military environment and dealing with the bureaucracy can be so frustrating. Pay is low, just above minimum wage. No benefits are given at the entry level. The number of hours per week is also not guaranteed.
