      Pros

      The people that work here really care about the success of the zoo. Since it is a smaller zoo, the departments help each other as much as possible. Strong leadership team.

      Cons

      Insurance benefits was the primary reason I left. During peak events / season, work life balance can be off but they make up for it in off season.
