Management is terrible. Have no time to provide guidance, but lots of time to hit on you and try to hookup. Lie constantly to avoid paying out bonuses or overtime. No diversity, no POC, no women in management roles. And believe me, that is how they firmly view the world and they are not going to change. Don't do it.
