Corporate managers check in on thier branches only about once a month. They only care about the score card and not how hard thier employees work. They expect employees to know the product but don't give them the means to learn about it. They expect you to learn on Fortiline University but it's mostly a waste of time. It's not clear what thier expectations really are of thier employees. Some outside salesmen are overpaid for doing very little work.

This is not a thriving workplace. I don't know where to start with the cons, but I will try to narrow them down to a few. This place lacks growth, Their is no direction for a clear career path for an individual who would like to grow in the company. If you are not someone that is in the circle...forget about it. This place also lack cultural diversity in the workplace. The comments and remarks that were said and shared were surprising to hear it. It was disappointing. Horrible pay and health insurance. Health insurance was too expensive to not to cover much. The pay and health insurance is not competitive for an experienced worker. Management was so detached from their employers. The manager relied on other employers for decision making,,,,,time off request, for lateral positions and other discussions that co-workers shouldn't be privy to but the manager relied on because they didn't have control or detached from their own department. This place was also unorganized. HR was never together. They don't have anything in place for new hires to ensure all the paperwork that's needed is there. They don't have a designated person to make sure that new hires have everything that they need or to feel welcome.
