      Pros

      Small company and everyone knows everyone. Things are easy to get done with cross collaboration, and everyone's ideas are valued.

      Cons

      Pay did not keep up with the industry and were hampered by financial struggles of company. Salary info in this review is as of 2018 due to limitation of website.

      There is a long list of things that I love about Fortior Solutions: Balance Flexibility Product Support Leadership Teamwork Acknowledgement The bottom line is, I get to work at a company that delivers valuable services and products, the work I do is appreciated and recognized and the leadership team supports and believes in their employees. I really do love what I do and where I work.
