Not having to interview for anything

Being caught in the cycle of not liking a job, but yet they turn a 2 month contract to a contract to last till the end of the year or longer even though you told them you were not looking for long term temp work.

Quality staff that takes the time to explain everything in detail. They were very helpful finding me assignments that fit my qualifications.
Cons
An overwhelming number of job choices made it difficult to decide which to take.
