Pros

Fortis hospital has there own IT development center. The technologies for which they had hired me was great. I loved those technologies.

Cons

Never trust the offer letter of this company. They have given me offer letter and 10 day before joining they withdrawn there offer letter. I asked what I ll do now. They told revoke your registration from your current company or search new job. Actually they hired some other candidate with lesser package then me. I am sharing this review so that what happened with me shouldn't be happen to any other candidate.

1. Promoters are wealthy so organization does invest in its employees a bit (unfortunately the mindset is changing with the new CEO) 2. Good for medical professionals are their salaries are on the better side, as per industry standards

Cons

1. Top management - inept, mostly uneducated and talent-less and extremely political 2. Nepotism of its worst kind is on naked display here. If you are related to promoters and their extended family or are a member of RSSB sect (read cult) or your family is from Punjab - you are gold, else you will be treated more like garbage. Bootlicking is considered normal here - you have to do it to survive. 3. Laws are broken on regular basis - be very aware and careful about legal consequences related to your job before accepting it.
