Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I'm sorry that your experience at Fortium Partners was not everything you had hoped for. I am so passionate about our model and mission that it's hard to hear critical feedback but it's necessary to grow. So thank you. I LOVE your comment on the Pros section! Some of the best technology leaders in the country are among our ranks but it's the camaraderie, kindness, and willingness to give of their time that makes them truly a joy to work with. If you got nothing else from your time at Fortium I'm glad you experienced our Partner culture. As for Cons... "insufficient pipeline to keep Partners billable". That is true in certain cases, in certain locations, and for certain people. Some are too busy and others are happy with less than full-time work. But there are definitely Partners who are working less than they want. Our model is unique and requires effort on the part of the Partner as well as the Firm. Like all sales activity, the success of that effort varies from person to person, market to market, and quarter to quarter. Even when everything is working well there will still be some working less than they want. Though no place is perfect, we believe Fortium is the absolute best place to do what we do (CIO/CTO/CISO - Interim, Fractional, Permanent, Advisory, and Situational Leadership). As for Advice to Management - "create a dedicated marketing and sales team". Thank you. We explore new options and approaches to business development all the time. And the Sales and Marketing space is changing as fast or faster than technology in general! Finding that right mix of cost and effectiveness is a challenge. We'll keep working at it as long as it takes!
