Great company culture. Excellent work/life balance and benefits. Quarterly meetings that involve the entire company's input and questions allow for understanding of where this ship is headed as well as a strong sense of the value of your contributions to its overall health and function.
Cons
No raises in the past couple of years, but no layoffs either.
