Pros

Still trying to figure out if there are some

Cons

-False advertised job, they are looking for a PROJECT but they call PRODUCT because they're trying to get a bit of everything for a good price. - The company dropped 5k before to sign the job offer, this says a lot on it's own. -Equipment never arrived and when they were thinking to send it was not as advertised. -All the benefits are non existent: On the job description was advertised "WebSummit" and the employees didn't even know what that was. They do only the minimum which are night out but I personally see it as a way to bring people working into the office since the CEO was always posting articles on how remote doesn't work or 4days a week doesn't work.

Pros

Team are committed to delivering projects for clients. Strong talent amongst many of the design and dev

Cons

- Lowball quotes initially to get new business in the door knowing we'll need to spend more to deliver the full project - Lies to clients about costs. Tells them they'll get a 'discount' and just pads costs in subsequent months - Charges them for additional unnecessary work in the name of 'value based pricing' - Offers discounts for positive clutch reviews - Routinely tries to cheat people out of pay. One contract dev went 6 month without pay and only when he threatened to stop working (not sure what took him so long) did he actually get paid - Employee contracts aren't worth anything - routinely tries to cheat employees out of notice pay or other pay owed. Every former employee including 3rd party recruiters and contractors have had the same issues with not getting paid what they're due.

Pros

- Great team and fun people. - Socials - Remote and flexible working arrangements.

Cons

- Promises made during the hiring process are lies. - No career development (we were promised a career development budget for more than a year, but those are empty words). - Terrible vision from the leadership team, the services and processes keep changing. - Lack of empathy from management. - No budget for equipment (needed to use my own laptop) - Contract changed for the company's benefit. People were laid off using a new grey area created in the contract. - A new culture of fear was implemented. - Company scaled up with no real plan, making a lot of mistakes. - Owner doesn't trust or listen to the team's suggestions. - Currently, people are handing in their resignations due to a lack of direction. - You are hired with a title but presented to clients with a more senior one with no remuneration. - Bullying to some colleagues from senior management
