-HR is non-existent, they will use whatever they can against you -Pay gaps between employees under the same job title -Constant changing of priorities with no notice -Verbal abuse from supervisory staff and management -NO PAID OVERTIME YET EXPECTED -NO TIME OFF IN LIEU -Stressful work conditions -Limited protection to harmful chemicals and bio-products

Where to start?! They are endless! Clearly some reviews are lies and written by management. I Found working here very very stressful for the short period of time employed. I Simply couldn’t stick it any longer. Management are nothing but bullies who pressurise and harass staff. The conditions are terrible and the labs are not fit for purpose. Health and safety would have a field day! There are no company benefits and no healthcare package as described in some reviews. My advice would be to ask for a walk around and if you are that desperate to accept a job make sure you have your contract with the so called healthcare package and salary all documented!
