Pros
The team of people you work with is nice and the product has a very solid market fit. Their cloud software is amazing when it works. They are very understanding when it comes to giving employees time off and there's a very good work-life balance.
Cons
Weak pay No benefits Basic equipment not provided to do your job - computer peripherals, monitors, etc. You get a company issued laptop. No communication or organization. It takes the sales manager weeks to approve quotes, respond to questions, or just do basic things. No updates are given to the team when new products are added. The company has no training or documentation. It's just a few days of product dumping and then you're assigned a territory and told to start calling people without talk tracks, sales playbooks, or actual sales training.
