Pros
pay, everchanging role, team comradery-within your own team.
Cons
All political, you can do your job and excel and the bottom feeder who knows the boss will stay on while you are laid off. The company rips people left and right out of their positions to fit clients needs which means this company has no capacity of understanding when it comes to balance, or control to foresee the needs before it's too late. Everyone is treated like a number, Be prepared to be booted sooner, rather than later. No-one trains you, you better be a quick learner. Head of payroll is a narcist and you will surely see yourself, why. The expectations grow, you will put in a ton of hours off the clock to keep up but none that will be noticed. Do not look for kudos, do not ask questions or have any expectations or you are seen as a problem. Other supervisors will be out for you, and you must learn to keep to yourself or they will prey on you. Be professional at all times or it will backfire. Company took away GIFS because someone was "offended". This is a new company, they are either going international to pay less for their workers, or they are likely folding. Goodbye 50 employees in one day and several supervisors.- this - is the norm.
