Little bit of job security if you are on corporate payroll

This is one of the worst hotel companies to work for. They expect you to work non stop without any break. There is no overtime payment. You don't get weekly offs on time and chances are that you might not get them at all. The pay is terrible. Not even 18000 for this position. There is no internal growth for employees. When a position opens up outsiders will be favoured or they will give you the responsibility but not the designation, benefits or salary that should follow. My advice is to go for better hotel companies.
