      I left This company in August and they still not interested to pay my june and july month salary... And they still busy, that's why they are not attending my call's #PoorCompany

      Pros

      Nothing is good. It's a business run by fools.

      Cons

      It's a small company driven by directors and their families. Micro-management, keeps eye on everyone using CCTV. Lunch time is only half hour. Employees are like servents for them and forced to work at anytime. No standard policies, weird policies like sandwitch leave policy, not a single leave allowed during probation period even if you are sick. Late pay. Rude management and HR. Leaders lacks technical skills. Incompetitive leaders, teams and toxic work culture. They provide milk powdered tea only, from your salary only. No PF and health insurance.
