Decent media job

Pros

Decent pay, Okay work environment, very flexible schedule

Cons

Weird hours, management could be better, not much room for growth. Overall, there are worse news organizations to work for. But there's always this element of "doing less with more" and definitely disagreements within management on what direction the company is going. The pay is definitely falling quickly out of line with even industries standards (that aren't high to begin with)
