      Pros

      Incredible benefits (healthcare, dental, carry in the funds, etc) You meet and work with some cool people! Jonah rocks. Best human to work for if you have the chance.

      Cons

      The company is trying to grow quickly which creates a lot of conflict and moves away from their “good work culture” which they pride themselves on. It creates a toxic environment really. Leadership needs serious training, Forum puts incredible “doers” in leadership positions without training how to lead a team.

      - Flexibility - Smart and kind people - Exposure to ideas, innovation and great founders and startups solving meaningful problems

      Cons

      Not a con but working here is similar to an early stage startup where a lot needs to be built out. It means a great deal of opportunity for ownership, but also means you may be stretched often.
