Pros

Only pro is it is some form of employment/income. Generally all staff are very dead on.

Cons

Minimum wage, No pension, Micro management, terrible for your mental health, timed breaks (If you are much over even a minute you will get an email to ask why, no this is not a joke). Do not work here unless you are geographically restricted there are literally 0 benefits.

The people on my team were great, I made some lovely friends.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work but has taken a turn in the last few months and is now losing staff due to condescending team messages, forcing everyone back to the office, and cutting bonuses across the board. People that were hired after the lockdown and have worked from home for their entire contract should not be forced back into the office now. Spending a fortune refurbishing the office was a ridiculous and backwards thinking route to take, that money would have been better spent elsewhere. And then to use that as an excuse for cutting bonuses was ridiculous.

Some of the fellow employees were nice and supportive

Basic salary of 22,000 No career progression - advised would be kept in mind for further opportunities this never happened. Will not provide a reference. HR are constantly just recruiting and once you have accepted the offer no further help or contact or follow ups. Employee Wellbeing is not important raised grievances and issues with the role these were ignored. Customers can verbally abuse staff and there is no help,guidance or assistance provided.
