- lot of autonomy to chase business and drill down into any niche available. - Fantastic learning and development schemes, regular training and brain storming sessions. Directors and lead consultants very generous with their time. - Fantastic support on wellbeing side. Brian and Phill are fantastic from a pastoral sense and will always have time for you. - great commission structure, strong benefits, incentives, sales days etc! All in all fantastic firm with brilliant people at the core. Wishing them long and continued success!

Pros

Super flexible, not KPI driven, everyone is friendly. When management says they're going to do something they do it.

Cons

Only con for me was that you couldn't work with teams or zoom in the rds so had to work around that with meetings.
