      Fun environment, but little incentive for handling more responsibilities and higher workloads, long term.

      The people are fun to work with and very nice manager.

      Cons

      Rarely gives raises. Pays new people higher starting wages, than experienced people with more responsibilities. Burn out is commonplace.

      The organization strongly believes in promoting within, offers great training and CE courses, dental benefit, great team members

      Cons

      Not much incentive to stay long-term as merit increases are few and far between - new hires often start at higher pay than existing team members. Health insurance premiums are extremely high
