Pay for truck drivers is subject to their whims. They quote one rate but changes. Pay has decreased roughly 30% this year with more hours put in. 3 Pay cuts in 12 years. Input from drivers is never listened to. Drivers with 30 years experience and clean history were told in a meeting by ceo that drivers are worthless. New transportation manager lies to drivers and his position is leave, we don't need you. On a good note, you do get to leave the company.
