- Team culture is good! - Salary is standard for retail - Autonomy over hiring

- Low staffing means management spends a lot of time on the sales floor - Extremely limited development opportunities - No leadership pipeline, store based management positions are left unfilled for long periods of time - Managers are hired to fill positions, not because they are suitable for the role

Decent Salary, leave, sick-days and care for your physical health

bad staff training, with a very heavy reliance of online training videos with a very outdated, tedious learning program, instead of re-enforcing the information given in these online lecture via engaging staff, staff are quizzed by upper management like school children and graded. an intense hierarchic; I was told off for speaking casually to people above the area manager on multiple occasions and even told (passively aggressively warned) that "I would never be so gusty to speak like that to certain people in the hierarchic", gutsy behavior apparently being asking them how's then day been going and making pleasant small talk and asking them about various aspects of the company that seemed like information I should know.
