Pros

Boxes of produce weekly. Decent benefits Good entry level coworkers

Cons

The constant gaslighting. It’s never good enough The ever changing job description No bonuses and pressure to sell more when you’re not in a commissioned position. The gossip that goes around is extremely toxic. Work life balance is essentially unheard of. The company gives you a work phone and promotes a balance but wants you to constantly be on call. No room for growth The turn over rate. 60+ hour work weeks

Pros

Very great perks working for this company. Everyone appears to be family-friendly oriented on a surface level.

Cons

If you can't do one project exactly as desired within an unrealistic timeframe relative to the absurdity of what it is they're expecting from you under that project in relation to your current experience level to begin with, you will be cut before you know it. It doesn't matter how much good and right you did for them regarding everything else you were assigned and had completed for them. On top of that, regarding any opportunities they may create out of thin air in order to lure you there, it may have you reporting to one executive when in actuality you should be reporting to someone else based on what's truly desired and sought after regarding the purpose of that abruptly created role. Also, they say in orientation that you cannot be let go for performance-related reasons within the first 90 days of hire. Yet, that doesn't mean that they won't get rid of you earlier and claim to make it out to be performance-related when really it's due to the fact that they had to make layoff cuts in order to adhere to a budget / profit plan that they cannot ever meet. Management is dishonest and clueless in understanding what they actually need staff and capability-wise in order to achieve whatever it is they set out to accomplish for the company in the long-term. They think they can hire someone on for bare minimum entry-level pay and be able to get six-figure work performance and results out of them right away without giving them a reasonable amount of time following their hire to become familiar with how the business works, the types of data that everyone uses, the ERP systems / software programs used and any applications they may be looking to use for the future. Speaking of ERP systems, the company uses Produce Pro which is very old, outdated, and is unable to provide data in the form management wants to see it in.
