    I have been working at Foster Farms full-time for less than a year

    Good pay thats is all that is good

    Cons

    The work there employees like they work the machines. You never know if you get a day off typically you work 7 days a week and you do anywhere between 60 to 75 hours a week. You jave no socially life at all working here.
