Pros

Not much positive to say here about the company. There are a few genuinely good people that work here though.

Cons

Executive team is woefully out of touch and continues to make bad decisions that will ultimately lead to company collapse. The flagship product Verne is riddled with issues and essentially requires customers to adopt a bespoke implementation of a non-sellable product. No migration path for customers on the old system. Clients only matter when FM thinks they can get more work out of them. Employees are seen as interchangeable by management. Loyalty and intelligence are not valued; ideas that conflict with overall vision are shut down or just dismissed. Incompetent people are kept and promoted at the expense of talented workers. Company values are just words to management.
