They will work you to the bone but will never pay you enough. Very disorganized. No leadership. Anyone and everyone will throw you under the bus if it means saving their jobs. But then again, they keep all the bad apples so you would really need to do something horrible for them to fire you. Those who quit leave because of the amount of stress management put on them.
