      Fotofab, provided me with a great opportunity to become part of the team. The company offers competitive benefits, annual merit increases, is a friendly work environment, and they provided support and training.

      More flexibility with lunch schedules and additional more shift options.

      President is very understanding and open to suggestions. He is not a micro manager.

      As is not uncommon in small businesses, some of the older, longer term employees, did not take kindly to changes.

      Great co-workers to work with. Interesting projects if you're technically inclined.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunities for advancement as this is a small business. Pay salary is a little below industry standards, yearly raises are minimal. High turn-over in the sales manager position, meaning you'll have to adapt to different people and styles of management.
