Foundation is a growth-driven organization with lots of opportunities across roles for growth and development. You'll feel great about logging in to work each day and meeting with the team on our daily huddle - we're a global team, but our communication and culture are strong. We genuinely love showing up for each other and our clients each day. Vacation benefits are one of the biggest perks to me, in addition to the autonomous, flexible environment to get your work done - with the ability to get the other things done in your day that you need to as well (kid pick-ups, gym, appointments) - you largely own your own schedule.

Cons

It's not everyone's cup of tea to juggle multiple projects and sometimes competing priorities. If project and time management aren't strong skills, you could struggle in an agency environment.

I've had 6 CEOs/Founders I've reported to over the course of my 20 years in sales and sales leadership, and none of them care as much, nor want to see their team succeed as much as Ross Simmonds. The team is fully remote and global, and everyone is extremely supportive and compassionate. You're learning so much about digital marketing and being on the cutting edge, and the team exudes education and a learning environment to both the company and the clients. Great benefits and perks!
