Pros

Working at one of the centers is best suited for those just wanting to work with children to gain experience, or those looking for a part time job to make some extra money.

Cons

They do not pay a livable wage, and there are no bonuses or benefits. Concerns are never addressed.

Pros

HR and internal office were extremely nice. I felt real companionship in that we were all having a bad time which isn't much but it kept me going. They were supportive when I told them I found another job.

Cons

Management talked down to me constantly. It was common knowledge I wouldn't get a raise no matter how I worked. When my boss left they gave up on finding a replacement, decided to have him work 4 hours a week (not during business hours) to take care of the managerial tasks while leaving me with the rest of the responsibilities. There was no pay increase mentioned with this though I was left to run the department. I left without them having any IT so I would be worried to start there now. Luckily got a career right after this transition.
