      The non-management employees are fantastic.

      Cons

      Don't take it from me...search Google for "Foundations Health fraud" and read the lawsuits. This is a terrible company that defrauds taxpayers to put money in the owners pocket. If you're thinking about working for this company don't. In the past 6-12 months this company has gone from bad to worse. I didn't think it would have been possible. This is a second-rate company run by third-rate managers. There are companies that care about their customers and employees but this isn't one of those companies.

      It's great if you're into unethical and probably criminal business practices

      Unethical and probably criminal business practices They go around to websites entering positive reviews for their business and facilities so that it looks like they are a good place to put your family or to work They take advantage of the elderly and defraud the government, just Google the company and you'll see.

      Fun, but Upper Management needs to get it together

      The residents and lower level management are fantastic Easy to move up the ladder, but the headaches aren't worth it.

      Cons

      Upper management is a mess, if you aren't careful you'll end up doing the responsibilities of 2+ positions without being compensated. They cut as many corners as possible to pay employees as little as possible while trying to get the most out of them.
