Pros

The only pro to this place is the feeling you will get on your last day after quitting.

Cons

This place is an absolute nightmare. Constant turn over and just pure chaos. How can you have 10 job openings at a company with only 40 employees? Way better opportunities in the job market today.

They micromanage. Management is perpetually changing their mind and direction. Communication is nonexistent. Short staffed and they have had trouble retaining employees.
