The work-life balance is really good and management encourages an "employee-first" work environment to help prevent burnout. Very generous work from home policy, as well as many other benefits. Co-workers are all very good to work with and knowledgeable in their fields. They're always willing to help with questions.
Cons
The medical benefits aren't the best, but only because they're expensive and then the copay is also expensive. Otherwise, no complaints.
