Pros
Working at FoundRae feels different from other fashion or luxury jewelry companies. The team is made up of people with diverse backgrounds, creative perspectives, and real personality, it’s a breath of fresh air compared to the “basic” or overly corporate environments common in this industry. Everyone brings something unique to the table, and that individuality is celebrated, not stifled. The culture here genuinely rewards hard work, originality, and self-expression. Leadership is extremely attentive and quick to recognize effort and growth, both publicly and privately. It feels good to know the work you put in is actually seen and appreciated. There’s also a real sense of community. We do things like Halloween costume competitions, Secret Santa, happy hours, birthday celebrations, and team-building gatherings that make the office feel warm and personal. Our HR team is supportive, empathetic, and refreshingly not political — they really care about people as individuals, not numbers. Overall, the environment is collaborative, thoughtful, and full of kind, talented people who care deeply about the brand and each other.
Cons
The pace is fast, and the standard for quality is extremely high, which can impact work–life balance at times. It’s also a very in-office culture, which is great for collaboration but may not suit everyone who prefers more flexibility.
