      Pros

      Brilliant company to work for where there are lots of really great people and experts in what they do. I feel validated and respected and my ideas are listened to. The campaigns and clients are brilliant and the work that is produced really is world class. There is the option to work in London, Wales, Sheffield and the middle east which has brilliant career opportunities. They invest in the latest tools and subscriptions and are really embracing responsible AI.
