      Pros

      I have worked at Four Seasons for over a year and I couldn't image having a better working experience anywhere else. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've created great relationships with my boss and coworkers. Members are kind and appreciative. Opportunity for growth since they value their employees and always look to hire from within first before reaching out into the community. Overall, great place to work and highly recommend!

      Pros

      Spending time w/people who practice a healthy lifestyle, free gym membership. Most co-workers are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Some upper managers play favorites and little professionalism among some of the college-age employees.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, free gym membership, non management coworkers are cool for the most part. I still wouldn't say any of it that is worth it though.

      Cons

      This company is not good to their employees, which explains the crazy high turnover rate. They are constantly changing policies which leads to the inconsistency problem they have. Tough to run a successful business with inconsistency and no respect for employees who aren't management.
