      Pros

      Good pay, nice benefits package, yearly xmas party.

      Cons

      CEO likes to yell often a lot of the managers don't like when someone doesn't fit into the group and will socially ostracize them. Some will even constantly belittle you and be a bully. Depending on your job then you won't spend much time with family.

      Plenty of work,great training, excellent leadership.

      Cons

      Commission techs see more work. Internal "promotions" not a thing unless you're "in the circle"
