Horrible passive aggressive culture, zero values and credibility, equipment is old, poorly maintained and systems are out dated. Owner and his henchmen lack professionalism and simply do not care about employees, Again, very disturbing that companies like this are still around.

Great people who have the best interest of the company at heart and are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Equipment should be maintained. Money issues. Owner is a jeckyl and Hyde. One minute all is well then he goes on rampages for no reason. Yelling and verbally attacking. Fires people for no reason. Upper management is doing their best but they're limited by the owner. Unprofessional atmosphere.
