      So inspired by our team each and every day. Our team comes first! - Emphasis on empowerment! We'd love more feedback on how to improve - Our team learns fast. They are really dedicated to getting stronger every day! - Stable. We've been very stable in our growth. It's nice to just focus on moving forward, instead of trying to raise another round of funding

      Cons

      - While we have tons of training, we need to work on more documentation of process - During COVID, our team got stuck working way too much. It's been a lot of focus on mental health to get the team back down to 45hrs per week max.

      Great Place To Start Your Career

      Pros

      If you are interested in starting your career in paid media, this is the place. The senior account managers are excellent teachers and will give you a great foundational understanding of paid media. Mike and Borja are great at providing more opportunities to younger employees and encouraging them to develop more hard and soft skills. Overall, F15 will require you to work hard, but if you are willing to put in the time, it will pay off in rapid career growth.

      None that I experienced during my time there.

      Pros

      Four15 Digital has a great thought leadership program which gives you the tools to thrive in the SEM industry. The company culture is fun and light-hearted while retaining a high level of professionalism. Highly recommended!

      Cons

      It can be easy to get lost in the SEM world and digital marketing.
