Pros
This agency is progressive, attracts great staff and keeps the focus on clients. A lot of places say they're client centered, but aren't really. Fourcast staff always make sure supports offered are the ones clients want.

The work is extremely meaningful and important. There are some good staff there.
Cons
Almost everything else. There was constant gossip, drama, firings, resignations in my 1 year there. It’s kind of silly how much time is spent on drama when there are actual lives in need.
